Dude, we get it. You hate EA and/or their game producing practices.
That's wonderful and all, but quit bitching and moaning like a little school girl. Some of us are fine with the game, despite its flaws.
You're clogging up the board and threads with the constant complaints and nagging. WE KNOW YOUR POSITION AND HOW YOU FEEL ON THE SUBJECT.
TIA.

But you are right, EA is a steaming pile of shite.

If it weren't for me, this thread would be on page 2. . .
So, you're welcome.

Uh, wrong. You've had 2 "complimentary" posts, both on page 1. The rest pertained to JJ (ugh) and then regress to bashing EA again.

We've had multiple threads about EA and its work on NCAA. We all know you hate it, the reasons why, and that it's so unbearable for you. People have also stated their positions on it and their counterarguments, but c'mon, there is only so much people can argue between releases. Give it a rest for once.

Might as well. Like a housewife with all that nagging.

Thanks, and congrats. Pat yourself on the back.

You really appreciate the work EA does with their football games? He has all the right in the world to bash EA when you see products like The Show and the NBA 2K series being released by other companies that embarrass Madden and NCAA as sports games. Yet EA has games like FIFA and NHL (Don't play this one but have heard great things)and the other groups can't just walk over to the other offices to see what they are doing right.
2K, Sony and those two EA groups do extensive research on the sport itself and their game to see how they can fine tune it. Madden and NCAA just throw something together and some things work for it while other things make the game a disaster

some jeffrey guy didn't like it, so I explained the finer aspects.

Game is still better than Madden
Madden 12 was among the top 5 worst sports games I have ever played.
I owned it less than a week

I think it's usually late July. It always comes out like a month before college football actually starts

They are so shitty they stick out like sore thumbs. NCAA 12 has been out almost a year and I still play it almost everyday...that's saying something.
I worked for EA and they have information on EXACTLY how much certain portions of the game are used. They then use that to determine if a feature should be expound upon or scrapped. They do this with plays as well. When a new game mode or feature is added they must make sure there is nothing at all wrong with the fresh code and that takes A LOT of work. Example: the crappy kick off camera they added to madden had a bug that yours truly found towards the end of testing that caused the entire game to crash. It was as simple as holding a sequence of buttons at the right time during kick offs.
With all these new features they are adding to gameplay this year you can bet testers and developers need to be focused. Do any of you recall the pump fake glitch in 11? Guarantee something of that sort will surface in 13
I'm sure EA could address a lot more during each installment but why? The games are great good IMO. With the alignment issues, coverage disguise, and new passing mechanics 13 may be close to great. /rant

July 20th-ish. If that's even a word. I'd also like to say 2k is not that great of a game. Roadd care to challenge me there?

Had some great features. . .but I can't say it is worse than Madden. Nothing right now is worse than Madden.

First, I never said your criticism is invalid or that you don't have a right to voice it. It's merely that you're a broken record about it. Anytime a NCAA topic is spawned, I can bet $5 you'll be in it saying something negative or cynical.
Second, I don't have unconditional love for EA; that idea makes me chuckle. Your unfounded claims that I do possess such love, however, are evidence of your insecurity in this argument. There are several times I say "WTF" during NCAA games, but it never deters me to the point of giving up. Unlike you...
Sure, EA produces other games that are objectively superior. But I don't pretend to understand anything that goes into creating a game. I imagine it's much tougher than any of us comprehend. So I'll leave it up to them. That is why I take what is produced and play it. If I hated it so much, I would take it back. Yes, as I've always stated, NCAA has its flaws, as does everything in life.
If you want perfection, go buy a pigskin, find some friends, and play a game. That's as close to perfection as you'll get. If you're expecting a game to equal real life, then you'll be waiting a long time.
You would touch yourself if it were true.

The basketball game? How is Elite coming along...oh that's right, they haven't had a basketball game for two years.
If you're talking about NFL 2K, 2K5 is still the best football game I've played and still enjoy the All Pro Football 2K8 game

No I was not referring to nfl 2k8. I was referring to nba2k12. Not sure how you guys play 2k8 and cry about the graphics on NCAA 12. How was 2k8 a superior game. I've never played it but i'd like to hear what all the fuss I about.
