This confirms what many of us have been saying all along. Baseball is now primarily a white trash sport. Sure, there are exceptions to the rule, but by and large this is true. Only the same crowd who could enjoy watching cars go round and round a track for hours could enjoy this awful, boring sport.
Wait, hold on. A white trash sport? Maybe on the south side of Chicago, but not everywhere.

Is baseball boring? To the average fan, yes. Is it too long of a time to sit in a park and spit sunflower seeds into a cup? Probably so. Is the season too long? Probably so.

You can think what you want, but if I'm being honest, calling it a white trash sport is really one of the things I'd never think to call it.

That's funny because I was thinking the exact same thing. I've been to several games at Comiskey Park (US Cellular Field). Each time, I felt like I died and woke up in White Trash Heaven. I witness several fights each game and the really sad part? The fights are amongst White Trash, I mean, White Sox fans. They don't even care about opposing fans.
