Or at least I hope so, this board has a shite ton of potential. It would be a shame to see it wasted on "easy" threads

Yeah probably. Until then, I'm just happy we finally have a music board. Now i have pretty much no reason to ever leave this sight.

Cool to see a lot of people with similar music taste. Also, maybe meet people to jam with. Thanks again for the SRV/Albert King post, Bressus. I've watched it a couple of times.

Not really. I lobbied for this board for years but I am not finding most of the subjects being discussed particularly interesting. I will start some threads of my own soon and see if that helps.

I'm enjoying it here. The first week, I didn't even know it existed, but noticed that the food and drink link on the left had dropped down from where I was used to clicking it regularly, then saw the music board link.
I think this forum really reveals the ages or age groups that are here, also the fact that the music you indulge in reveals a bit of your personality, so in that respect it's been interesting. Without even asking, I could probably guess the ages here within 5 years just by the musical choices listed, and also have a good hunch whether you play an instrument or not.
I actually find myself perusing this board more than the food and drink board now. >GASP<
