Sounds like she just said she would be holding a presser. Could be to charge him or say he isn't being charged.
It said elsewhere in the article that someone else leaked he was being charged.

If this thing never went to trial there would never be a huge uproar.
With a trial you get all the theatrics of press coverage and minute by minute updates of the proceedings, and of course a big huge build up of the verdict...which will probably be televised in time square. God help us "crackers" if he is innoncent(which is a sad thing to wish upon someone who is innoncent)
