He was appointed to some board or commission in the state of Texas that dealt with wildlife. Like Wildlife and Fisheries.
Somewhere in central texas they had a facility that bred snow monkeys for research and also as a refuge for injured monkeys.
Well some of the monkeys escaped and Nolan paid a personal visit.
He recounted his visit on the radio in Dallas and that was the funniest shite ever. I will look for a clip of it.
That is how they got snow monkey night at the Ballpark.
