we've been to a lot of games.. we lived in Coppell for a year about 5 years ago, and went a lot that year..
we moved to Phoenix for a little over a year, then back to DFW.. live in Rockwall now, so its a little tougher to get to games.. but we'll make a few this year im sure

With that, the Rangers are in sole possession of first place. Here's to not relinquishing it the rest of the season.

Just leaving the game and a little drunk right now.....I have not seen that many asians in such high concentration since my grad school engineering classes. Good enough debut for Yu I guess (a win is a win and one start dioes not a career makes) when he got into the groove after the second, there was an electric feel to the crowd.

I think that's what they called a cooley hat when the Chinese were over building the railroads.
These guys would fit right in with them.

This needs to be posted at least once in every Ranger thread win or lose.

Yu looked reveal nervous in the first especially. Like someone told him to slow down to counteract it. Lots of wandering around the mound between pitches.
First thing I noticed at the game is dude is built like an MLB ace pitcher. Not your typical Asian build for sure. Loved how he got composure back and started sittin people.
Body language when he got pulled said he was pretty disappointed.

Go visit the UT Dallas campus sometime. That could easily be the HQ for the Yu Fan Club.
