Yeah, he doesn't have the offensive strength yet to compare him to Kevin Garnett, but he is still real young, and getting used to his height. I would say he already has a better 5-10 foot game than Camby did easily.

i'm assuming davis is 210-215

He weighed in at 209 at the Nike Hoops Summit almost exactly a year ago coming out of HS. Hes grown an inch since then and has gotten bigger.

He's definitely 220-225 now.

And TTT, I think those pictures are deceiving. His shoulders look pretty big to me on TV.

He was always a good shooter. Calipari's offense basically has him planted in the post waiting for lobs though

Speaking of FTs, how is T Rob only shooting in the 60s? I feel like he should shoot much better than that.

They were, but he got to UK a decent shooter.

I think establishing himself as the best player in the coumtry gave him the confidence and benefit of the doubt to step out and shoot. He was passing up those shots early on.

He was a different player in HS. He did much more ball handling, shooting, starting the offense, etc. He wasn't planted in the post 90% of the time like he is now. Who knows what would happen if he lands in Cha., but if he's here, i think he'd get a shot to show a little more offensive diversity. Like some of those mid range jumpers Monty runs for Smith.

Nerlens Noel looks more the Camby-type player to me. Similar frame to Davis. He actually has NO offensive game to speak of right now, but is a freak shot blocker

A guy named Nerlens would be awesome for the Hornets.

But I hope not to be that bad next year...

Again, MKG is off the board. He was picked 2nd.

MKG at #3 would be horrible for us.

He'll probably be a Top 2-3 pick. No later than 4 I wouldn't think.

But he's not an option in this scenario. Hes gone at 2. So TRob is the BPA with Beal, Drummond, Moultrie, Lamb behind him.

I know this was just for argument's sake, but i think Davis/Robinson are going 1-2 almost no matter what. Portland possibly passes on Robinson.

I agree with LE, MKG at #3 would be bad for us.
