When I came in two years ago, a 28 got instate tuition and a 29+ got tuition fully covered. I got above a 29 the second time I took the ACT and got the golden oaks award (fancy for no tuition except for $1500 a year, which you earn from work study. It could be different now with the budget cuts but hopefully this helps. There's a scholarship page on lsu.edu that may be more helpful to you.

That is lame.


With a 32 in state I was only able to get the work study

Well I got fricked in 2003 if you got a full ride. I got a 30 on the ACT and about that on the English portion so I had an OOS tuition waiver worth about 21,000 total which went up with tuition rises, didn't have to take the first freshman english because of my english score and got work study.
