Often considered the King of Country Music, Hiram King "Hank" Williams is probably the most influential country music singer of all time. His songs are still played today and are covered by hundreds of artists. He truly lived his songs of drinking, cheating, and being heartbroken - which eventually led to his death at only 30 years old.

My wife says Hey Good Lookin is the maybe the greatest song ever written. It completely captures the essence of human male/female relations.

So many great songs. And you're right, they are still being covered today. No doubt, one of the greatest song writers of all time.
