I don't think this has anything to do with him being "mean" or not. he doesn't want practice video all over youtube....which will happen.

This is not true at all. I've been behind the closed doors and I can vouch that this is not true. He is just very organized and sticks to a schedule. He's doesn't like to be interupted during meetings and you better be on time.
That sounds like any normal person to me. Hell...there is videos and shite of him being very personable when he doesn't even know people are watching him.
