I think this is the best Italian Ive ever had
Sfoglia
Hip lunch or dinner spot, resonably priced. Amazing Lamb burger.
The Breslin
Hit China town for a meal. Find a Dimsum place. We went to a place on Mott but I cant remember the name.
Meatball Shop
Eric Ripert's restaurant, and probably the best in the city
Le Bernardin
Bourdain's Restaurant
Les Halles
And of course a trip to NYC wouldn't be complete with some late night slices.

quote:Avoid this place. It's a mediocre bistro chain that gained notoriety because of Bourdain. If you want a place like that with good food go to Balthazar.
