re: Bay St. Louis/ Biloxi / New Orleans

I stopped into Samurai in Gulfport, sitting at the sushi bar. The windows of the Hoshizaki were never closed for the duration of my stay, and there were both fruit flies and house flies buzzing around and landing on the seafood. Furthermore, because the doors were never shut, the condensation was visibly dripping onto both the seafood and flies. I know that sounds extreme, but it's the absolute truth. I think I ordered some fried tofu and another app from the kitchen and got the flock out of that place.
