back in the day, me and my bud Trapper and I sold a lot of PBR's to the local talent in carolina. on fall Sat.nites I'd be tending bar with a transistor in my pocket and a plug in my ear serving cold ones, pulled pork sandwiches and yankin for the Tiga's. those folks thought I was crazy....still do....that's why I love them.

That's the word. Tiger lawyer said it's true and Ponamsky backed him up.

This and an upgrade at QB is exactly what we need to become dominate on offense like we are on defense. We have been average for most of the past four years. Last year was much better but we still can't dominate DL like Alabama or a well rested UGA DL. We still have some trouble early in games to run the ball at will. It seemed that it always took us until the beginning of the 3rd quarter to take control of the LOS.

This increased beef and athleticism will be a big advantage in the near future

Lots of our young offensive lineman are carrying a lot of fat. What's up with this?

A lot of folks make the argument that stars don't matter. Well sometimes it does. Les Miles use to recruit offensive linemen who were mostly lower rated but had solid offers and good potential. Well half of them did turn into very good starters but not good enough to dominate an elite front 7 like Bama's. That is when star power makes the difference and it looks like we have been pulling in a lot of star power over the last few seasons. Our offensive line is going from very good to elite status probably starting this season.
