Maybe, but elite qb's tend to make the difference. Peyton never really had a complete team in Indy, considering his d usually sucked, and he was still winning 13 games a year.

The Titans aren't exactly would beaters on defense either and the Texans ran for over 200 yards both times they played the Titans last year
