I figured there would be several hidden costs.


Is insurance pretty steep? At first you would expect it to be outrageous, but I'm not so sure. I asked our commercial agent but he said he never dealt with one.

I think y'all are seriously discounting Sherburne. It's like 35 minutes away from BR, FREE, has a rifle range, pistol range, and skeet (weekend). No one is ever there except for about a month before deer season sighting in rifles. And you can sling your kayak in the back of the truck and catch some bass/sacalait after/before you shoot right there in Big Alabama Bayou next to the range. So you guys wanting to open ranges to cater to the BR crowd if you do it further than 20 minutes from me I'll still be going to Sherburne unless your rifle range is 200+ yards.
