How is the bite down there right now? Not looking for spots or anything, jus to know if it is worth my time to go down this weekend or go sacauperch fishing again? If you want to give me spots, by all means do so.

TIA

The weather is my main concern right now. Supposed to come a frog strangler on Friday with winds staying pretty steady into Saturday.

My buddy was down last week for MG, no one was doing anything. I was going Wed-Thurs. but the wind is up again and work went crazy.
If you go sing out how y'all did.

Someone here once said, if the guides never had to go out in February, they would be happy. I have no personal experience. I will say, no way in HELL I drive down there when the bassesses and perch-au-lait are doing what they are doing here right now.

That's another thing, we caught all the sacauperch off the dock this weekend and didn't even need a boat.

Sounds like I am talking myself into sacauperch fishing again.

There are some pretty decent fish in Boudreaux this time of year, but the weather we've been having is making them impossible to catch. The rain/wind won't give us a break.
