very true. and that is when they will doctor the contract and documents where you will not notice it until it is too late among other things. Price Leblanc is the one of the best at wearing customers down and then screwing them.

I recently wore them down, to the point they were willing to let me walk away from the deal. This was after working with them and others for almost 2 months. And this was on the 2nd to last day of the month too.
Ended up getting the deal we wanted, plus several free oil changes and I am in the process of receiving a $500 VISA gift card from Edmunds to boot.

that's why you negotiate via email and do not go to the dealership without a signed deal in hand
