Good to know. After a few tries since folks raved over it, I was disappointed and stopped ordering it. Brie sometimes has too much of heavy flavor with seafood for me. I didn't care much for the brie and oyster app at Clancy's. A little less brie and it would have worked better for me.

On the other hand, blue cheese with a fried oyster is heaven on earth to me. I still mourn the loss of Uglesich's and the fried oyster with blue cheese app there. I might make something similar tonight when I fry some oysters.
