Chargrilled oysters, cedar plank redfish or the fresh visiting fish are the best options.
I'm not a big fan of the crab and brie soup. Too heavy on the brie rather than the crab for my taste.
I don't care for many of the other apps, but most that I've had have been crabmeat and a number of times, they were made with previously frozen white crab or just broken up lump (rather than jumbo lump) which also contained a good many shells, so I stopped trying those.

I had some recently at brunch. VERY heavy on the crab. It was a nice surprise.
