My $30 play n trade groupon expires this week, can you rank/rate each of these games, and/or recommend something else?

Dark Souls
Crysis 2 and Modern Warfare (can get both for $30, would get MW for campaign/co-op only)

3. Crysis/MW (if you are not into multiplayer)
I'd recommend Deus Ex. Seriously Dark Souls is a quality game but man that shite pissed me off with how straight up unforgiving it can be.

Just started playing dark souls again.
Gets my seal of approval, but it will make you rage harder than you've eve raged before.
Only rented it the first time I played, finally went ahead an bought it I can put some serious time in.
