There's no way this guy is in IBD at JPM.
If he's regulated nearly as much as we are, there are compliance problems all over this thread.

The NAR data keeps showing rising home prices this spring. If the provisional data for May turns out to be solid (and it often does not), then median home prices are now virtually back up to their tax-credit-fueled post-collapse highs of $182,900 from back in June 2010.
NAR Existing Home Statistics
(Year, Low Median Price, High Median Price)
(in thousands of nominal dollars)
2009, 166.5 (Apr), 181.8 (Jul)
2010, 164.6 (Feb), 182.9 (Jun)
2011, 156.1 (Feb), 175.6 (Jun)
2012, 154.6 (Jan), 182.6 (May--provisional)

I almost forgot today was Case-Shiller day. The Feb-Mar-Apr index showed the 3 consecutive month of seasonally-adjusted gains in the HPI.

2012, 134.08 (Mar), 135.80 (Apr)
