I watched it for the first time a few months ago; it was all it was hyped to be. A great timeless movie.

Dang, I often find I haven't seen some of the movies talked about on here, but that's one I've watched lots of times. Great movie. Reynaud is one of the better supporting characters out there.
That and African Queen are my favorite Boggie movies by far. His "hard boiled detective" stuff is ok but they don't come close to these two movies IMHO.
