No offense, but I can't twll if you mean that they used crawfish heads as an attractent so they could ahoot them, or the crawfish heads killed the higs themselves being very hard to ingest. I'm not trying to be cute here, I don't know much about hunting large game.


How can there be a hog problem when you've seen none out in the day before?

I take it they were shot.

Hogs are very nocturnal. You will see them on trail cameras and the acres of destruction they leave behind. But rarely see in during daylight.

Used the crawfish heads for bait then shot them.


No way that eating a crawfish head could kill a hog. Hogs are the devil. They eat nails and shite barbed wire.

After you shoot at hogs a few times during the daylight hours they get very smart and only move at night. The crawfish heads were something new for them to eat and they came to them during daylight hours (then they were shot).
