There was a thread awhile back about a keyboard shortcut to increase the size of the icons, font, etc. on the desktop.

I did a search and couldnt find anything.

Any ideas?

Windows button, up, up, right, up, up, up, enter, down, down, down, down, enter

Then just use your mouse.

I think you're confusing changing the size of a web-browser (ctrl + or ctrl -)'s font/resolution with that of the desktop itself.

I don't think I am.

I had to make some changes on my laptop and the size of evertything on my desktop decreased.

So right click on the desktop and go to properties.
