Small ball is when you put players in for Speed, quickness, shooting ability, defense, etc. They are normally undersized in NBA terms.

agreed except for defense. usually you sacrifice defense when you go small

Clippers do this frequently with Paul, Billups, Mo Williams at the same time, Reggie Evans at the 4, and either Griffin or Jordan at the 5.

Two guys that can rebound, everybody that can run the floor.
