Miles has lost his creditablity after the NCG as a top fight coach. He can only get back if he wins the NCG this year. He went from being a great coach to being a good coach. Saban as much as I hate him is the best coach in college football. Miles maybe in the top 15 to 20. Our signing classes will reflect that in the future without a NC.

Leaux - that is not a fair assessment of Les by placing him in the top 15 to top 20 coaches.

Les has proven to be a top 10 coach if not a top 5 in his tenure at LSU.

He has three SEC title game appearances with 2 SEC titles. The team has appeared in 2 National Title games and has 1 BCS championship and will probably play for the title again next season.

If Les does that and wins another SEC title and possibly wins the National title by playing a team not in the SEC then what will the doubters say.

WTF man are you serious? He made some bad decisions in the BCS game and was outcoached for sure. But last time I checked Saban made some bonehead decisions when we beat them in their house w a week to prepare.

To drop him to 15-20 after destroying every team on the schedule and beating everyone we played including one of the best Bama teams in their history is idiocy.

You are the definition of catastrophe syndrome. Go change your tampon.

Please rank your other 14 coaches in college football that are coaching that are better. Please back up by facts such as wins/losses.

Besides Saban, who is ahead of Miles? Give us your 13-18 coaches.

Fair weather fans, critics and "experts". Is this the same Les Miles that was voted National Coach of the Year by many? Now he is out the top tier of college coaches? But if he wins it all next year-- he is suddenly in the top tier?

Bama has the greatest coach ever (according to some) and as much or more talent than LSU (according to some), yet on the year the record is 1 - 1 and tied over the last several years. What does that tell you? (btw-- the last question is a rhetorical one)
