i love this thing. i borrowed my brother in laws and did a couple of fried turkeys in it. i want to say its 2.5 hours for a 12 lb turkey. never could find any solid info times to cook, but i got a digital thermometer from wally world and use it to cook poultry to 165, i believe and its perfect. i suggest picking one up, it makes everything easier, about $12
