from what I heard on some guys youtube video that if you buy elite today you won't get the map packs.
Just a heads up and I'm not sure if there is any validity to the comment but you might want to doublecheck

Yeah the non-new map pack lobbies are always complete garbage from what I remember from blops and mw2

non-ELITE members won't get this DLC until March when it and a few other DLC's we will get in the mean time are bundled up and put out there for non-ELITE members in March.

Still looking for more verification, but already one person told me they purchased Elite today and received the two maps today, so hopefully those that want to do this still can.
