I agree! Some of the games have been uncomfortably warm. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate.

It starts after Mardi Gras and ends day before Palm Sunday. Daylight Savings Time begins March 11th. It's perfect.

For those interested, this year will NOT interfere with French Quarter Fest:

Haven't seen a time yet, but with the Final Four scheduled for that evening, I'd imagine this one will be during the day.

Getting married that day. Don't think it really matters though. Final four that night in NOLA as well.

LSU basketball team will NOT be playing in the Final Four, so what's the problem with having the Spring game that Saturday night?

Talked to Mett today and he told me twice that they were going to air it out next year.

Heck anything is considering airing it out compared to the way we ended the season. I would in no way consider us to be like Okie St I'd expect 20-25 passes a game

6:30 PM home baseball game vs. Arkansas. I could see a 2:00 or 3:00 spring game and a packed Box to beat the Hawgs

Is this something family friendly? Game type atmosphere just scaled down?

We brought my girlfriend, my best friend, his wife, & their three children & we cooked in the parking lot that's across from what used to be the old Alex Box Stadium. Got under the trees, tossed around the pigskin, drank beer, & then went and watched the game.

Warning: It will be hot as sh!t in there. Wear sunscreen, wear breathable clothing, shades, and above all else be prepared to sweat. Late March might as well be mid-June in South Louisiana, but I'm sure you know that.

All in all, we always have a great time.
