is the dirt road on the ponchatoula side of the sign in station or the manchac side? I was near the powerline on the north side of joyce by the swamp walk and never saw a flag, but I was on a little 50 yard road.

eta: thank you so much for all the help

Do yall have successful hunts here Maniak?

Yeah, we usually do really well when we just want to shoot teal. I have shot a handful of greys and one greenhead out there, also early in the morning you can shoot woodies. Bring some coot decoys with you because the birds land with them 90% of the time.

When you get to the station sign in and go down 51 towards ponchatoula. its about 100 yards down before you get to the interstate there is a little dirt road on the right. Go down there maybe 20-30 yards and you will se the marker. No problem man. hope you enjoy it!
