I had an undefeated baseball team last summer.

We were dominant and had only 1 close game at the half-way point.

One night, my team takes the field and all the sudden we can't field and can't hit. We left 4 runners on base in the first 2 innings and probably made that many defensive errors.

My starting pitcher got rocked. I pulled him and put the #2 in. They hit him too.

Next thing you know - we get blown out.

We were all shell-shocked!

The loss was actually good for us. We came back down to reality and won the rest of our games.

Yep...look at Saban. 24-0 lead on biggest rival last year (Auburn).....lost 28-27 in epic fail. he was motivated.

I'm a coach too, and I know I've learned more from losing than from winning.
