Good Duck in Crock Pot Recipes

I am in a studio apartment and have limited pots and pans, but I do have a crock pot, and I would like to cook some grey ducks I shot a couple of weeks ago. Any recipe ideas? I didn't see any that didn't involve a cast iron pot or an outdoor grill. Also, I have a foreman if that is of any use. Any help would be great, thanks.

Yes I do, and an oven. I probably should have elaborated. I just enjoy using the crock pot. I guess my point is that I do not have access to a grill, dutch oven, or a cast iron pot.

There's a duck recipe in the Recipe Thread, Duck Ville Platte, that'll work in the crock pot. The Duck 'n Greens should, too.
