In the first half a running back ran the ball 4 times. All of the other plays were JJ passes and JJ designed runs. At least when the hand-off wasn't bobbled. And of those 4 runs, I am guessing that one was our beautiful option play. How is the o-line responsible for all of that?
JJ had enough time to pass. He didn't have his accustomed 6+ seconds to sit back there and stare down receivers, but considering this was Alabama no-one should have expected more.
