With a "neutral" officiating crew, I do honestly expect at least 2 holding calls on Bama's oline. This is big because they are not use to this type of sctrutiny and that will lead to a slight tentativeness that will aid our dlines pass rush.

Hey, I know I sound like I am wearing a tin foil hat, but I really think this is a wrinkle that will help the Tigers.

Without the ability to hold regularly, Jones is screwed.

Sam owns him some B. Jones.

Been saying this. You don't go an entire season without a holding call. There is holding on every single play.

Big 12 crew...therefore, holding does not exist...however, every tackle will be a personal foul.

I stood on the field on 11/5/11, and their Oline holds Montgomery and Mingo on almost EVERY PLAY that the two were in!!!! Mingo gets more holds than Montgomery, but both get held a lot.

The LSU oline holds, but not nearly as blatantly as Bama.

I think the refs almost show mercy on the OT who lines up across from Mingo, and I'm serious about that. Mingo gets off so fast that the OT just holds every play, and it just becomes a "fair" block throughout the course of the game.

Maybe we'll finally get some decent officiating in an SEC game.

Agree Charles, but I think it will be even more. I think they get 3 or 4 O-line holding calls & 2 or 3 late hit/personal foul calls and then Saban will reign that BS in.

Can someone please confirm that the officials won't be the same crew as the last game who let Bama get away with several late hits?
