JJ has played at times at one level, a high level, then regressed to a lower, then up again, then down, and so on. At some point, his "level of play" should stay at the higher level where he begins to perhaps intermittently reach yet a new high. Problem is he's got only one game left to get to that level, or quantum leap to an even higher one.

We will likely not see this latter (i.e. quantum leap) level, but for tonight's game, after 5 weeks to "season" a little more, I would love it if he at least snapped into that level of play we know he is capable of. (e.g. 2010 bama game).

The "X" factor I am hoping for is that in JJ's mind, he's knows this is it (last game = ignited motivation). Will we see something from him that we've never seen before? I hope so.

Wishing you much success JJ!

I don't really know wtf you are talking about, but JJ is a gamer. He isn't going to play perfectly, but he is going to make some plays.

I think LSU keeps it conservative and waits for Bama defense to slip up. Field position battle first half and LSU trying to dominate time of possession. Wear the Bama defense down and go in for the kill late in the game.

But I got this feeling Bama is gonna play a really bad game tonight.

Been saying the same thing. It's almost like, "C'mon JJ, do this and go get it!" I want him to have (obviously) the game of his career tonight. I have faith in JJ, and believe he will step up tonight!

I am not sure about any quantum leap regarding JJ's performance, I personally question just how much more he is capable of at the qb position, but... we really dont need that quantum leap from JJ, all we need is for him to execute a simple passing game, effeciently.... take care of the ball, and run like he has all season. JJ is more than capable of doing what will be needed to win the game, because the fact is he will not have to go at it alone. He has an excellent stable of RB's, a dominating O line. A great Def. Great special teams play. And the X factor, TM7!
