He was supposed to toss 3 INTs, not TDs. This was supposed to be Brees' year.

To be honest, this game makes me hate the Bears more than Rodgers.

Let him win the MVP. We'll just have to go and win another Superbowl.

Colinsworth seems to be pushing for a Rodgers MVP. He's probably wrapped it up tonight

Next year Brees will get the MVP

they can't pass him over after breaking the Unitas record. Impossible.

Rodgers is playing at a phenomenal level and there is no denying that. IMO it should be a toss-up between Brees and Rodgers, but the media is all over Rodger's crotch because he was the superbowl MVP last season, was on fire in the playoffs, and has been on fire for just about every single game this season except for the KC game. If not for the KC game, you'd have to start thinking "does this guy EVER have a bad day?" If anyone deserves it besides Brees, it's Rodgers. So, taking the B&G glasses for a minute here.. If Rodgers gets it over Brees, I won't be all that pissed. Brees has a running game and the Saints D, while not getting as many turnovers as the Pack, is a little more stout.

So Brees is better in 2 our of 3 categories vs Rodgers, and Brees hasn't had the help of turnovers from the defense giving him short yard situations. And Drew may break a long-standing single season record this game.

But yeah, I can see how Rodgers deserves the MVP.

I just heard a caller say they are going to chant MVP as Brees takes the field. This game is going to be epic.
