Andrew Luck is classified as a Jr. --- and would have another year of elegibility.
Perhaps I should have said "returned after they were draft eligible"
He redshirted and played 2 years --- he was 2nd team All American last year and 1st team All American this year... he also won nearly every QB award this season and was second in Heisman voting BOTH last year and this year.
If it is true that he also has his degree from Stanford --- which is graduating "on time" in 4 years --- he has nothing left to prove or do at the college level.
I was more referring to LSU players that come in, play 3 years and go because their "stock is high" --- again -- I DO NOT blame them... it's a ticket to a wealthy life if managed half way decently.... but as a FAN - I like to see them stick around and play college football.
Before anyone asks --- if it were ME or my kid... I would probably follow the advise of the coach and the advisors and likely would enter the draft if I was a 1st round pick.
