The menu has a couple of pages to order from for the all you can eat, but also has a la carte pages. You order a few things, and hold onto your menu. You just keep ordering until you're done.

Yes, but the menu clearly states that if you have any leftover sushi, you will be charged extra.

They are trying to prevent over-ordering for the sake of it being an all you can eat deal.

I just got back from there with Mrs Grizz and I have to say, we both enjoyed it and the the sushi was quality. I'm not sure if the dinner deal is quite worth it at 21.00, but lunch at 13.00 was a bargain.
