re: Teams to watch out for in 2012/13

ACC
FSU- top 10. 2012 is the year Jimbo aimed for when he took over. This year the media tried to rush it.
Clemson-Top 15 may get punished for their history of dissapointment but they are loaded with talent.
VT-Top 10 2012 is the year they expected to be contenders. Thomas has a year under his belt at qb and the defense should be much better next year. They were young this year

Big 10
OSU- top 15 probably will be overranked because of Meyer but they'll be back next year. I fully expect them to win the Big Ten
Michigan-Top 15 possibly top 10 They still lack great talent across the board but they have momentum and Hoke looks like the right hire. I think they'll be one of next year's disapointments.
Wisconson-top 20 if they have a qb they'll be good again.
Nebraska-Top 25 I expect them to be better but I don't trust Pelini as a hc
ND- top 15 will be overranked as usual but they have better talent than people think particularly on defense. Those young studs will make that defense stronger than we have come to expect for ND. Teo coming back is huge.

Big12
Oklahoma-Top 5 if Jones comes back.Top 10 if he doesn't. They still have a ton of talent
Texas-Top 20 QB is still a major problem but they'll have a top 5 defense and a great running game. Beat OU and they could go undefeated
Kansas St-top 25. Are people going to continue to doubt Bill Snyder. I'm probably in the huge minority but imo Snyder is the best HC of the last 25 years in college football. Go look at his records in his stints at KSU and then think about the talent he's done it with and the amount of jucos he's used. This guy has done more with less than any coach in that time.

Pac 12
Oregon-top 5. Losing James will not hurt them. They are still loaded and the defense will be better
USC-Top 3 if Barkley comes back top 10 either way. They are loaded and it seems the defense is getting better.

SEC
UGA-top 10 return just about everyone and should be very good.We'll see if Richt screws it up
USCe-Top 15 Lattimore returns and the defense will be good again. Even just decent QB play could get them to Atlanta
Bama-Top 10 likely top 5. Saban and the talent deserves top 5 until they prove otherwise. They may be down some compared to this year but they'll be very good again. The offense should be better all around and the defense will be stout
Arkansas-top 10 if Wilson returns. They're good
LSU-#1 if we don't have tremendous losses to the draft. Either way unless Barkley comes back I don't see another team that should be ranked above us. We are going to be very good next year. I expect Mettenberger to allow Les to run the style of offense he truly prefers. The ultraconservative offense we run now isn't it.
