I hope he choses to come back (if approved)

I'm glad he's healthy. I was worried that he wasn't coming back. At least, there is hope. Line should be sick, next year, if he gets his waiver.

Or he can bide his time, betting on his health and a favorable ruling from the NCAA to give him a rare but frequently granted sixth season of eligibility next fall.

man, that is excellent news...I sure hope it works out for him (and us), as I really miss hearing that name announced before the game...

he should play at the end of this game and start coaching

Maximus, this opinion puts you in the minority.

Dworaczyk, widely regarded going into this season as LSU’s best offensive lineman and starting left guard.
I guess I can take comfort in knowing that your opinions are usually horribly misguided and wrong. Hell, you once thought Miles was such a poor coach that you would commit suicide if he ever won the SEC West again. Well, he did and you are still around. Bummer.

Good to see he's had a good recovery, but honestly, if he does come back next year, should he start? I'd rather Collins and Williford at guard. And the tackle spots are definitely taken.

Actually there's a good group of us on here who know OL play and Dworaczyk, as a player (not a coach on the field)...is very mediocre. I have NO idea why people say he was our best OL, because he never has been. He's a below average run blocker and above average pass blocker. Basically the flip of T-Bob.

Verne said it during the SECCG. Didn't see when the article was written but that may be why it's in there.
Dumbass Verne said it. That's all anyone needs to know.
All JD is good for is a late hit personal foul penalty. And a little depth.

I think a season of being on the coaching side will be invaluable for his experience and bring a ton to the offensive line next year.

What a tought situation, but man... being involved on the sidelines that way, that is a hell of a lot better than just watching... I sure hope for him and the Tigers he gets another shot... so far, I have read mixed opinions about whether or not that may happen.
