Breaking news: GK will not be attending college. He will instead lease his name rights to Chuck Norris in 2012.

that channel has "Suck it Dry 9" with Lily Labeau and Tori Lux where they "slobber over a hard, throbbing shaft."

This is the description of "gunner's presser"

But seriously, if you think a 17 yr old is gonna walk in off the streets and take over at QB for a national champ team with 3 other QBs already in the stable you need to have your head examined.

I am not saying that. I am saying he will be given a shot at playing according to the way Les Miles says he recruits. I know sometimes with a QB and other key skill guys things change and this maybe the case here I am going by what Miles said himself. You read it yourself.

quote:

Q. Les, when it comes to quality depth and how you coach some talented, deep football teams, is this right up there with any you've ever coached in terms of being able to go into second and third units and put guys on the field who can play just about anywhere?

COACH MILES: I don't -- I think it's a very important piece. The thing with this team is we recruit you. You come in to make a contribution, and we put you on the field, and we give you an assignment and a place. If you're talented and you're capable as a freshman, like a Tyrann Mathieu or Patrick Peterson, or for that matter, an Anthony Johnson or a Kenny Hilliard, we send you to the field, and we expect you to play big. We expect you to play as you've been trained to play.

I think that's the strength of certainly this team in the fact that our guys that are playing in a backup still play and are trained and capable. If there's a need to arise, that they need to go to the field, they play to the responsibility of the position.

So Mo Claiborne played opposite Patrick Peterson. Now it's Tyrann Mathieu playing opposite Mo Claiborne. There's an implied peer pressure, if you will, that says this is how we do it, this is what we do, and come of age when you step on the field. This year certainly it's happened.

This... Its driven by need. If there is no need to burn a perfectly good redshirt I don't see it happening.

Well yeah but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say high school football talent in the south is a lot better than high school football talent in Indiana.

He just named rb's and d line, not qb's. I can guarantee you Miles does not approach the QB position the same way.

Who told you he was coming to LSU not play and ride the bench for 3 years. If you really believe that you had better go back to when Freshmen weren't allowed to play, early 70s or something like that? AINT HAPPENING! PERIOD!

ask Mett why he didn't get a shot over an ineffective JJ or JL this year and there's your answer .

Les Miles clearly starts who he wishes to start regardless of talent or class...At the risk of sounding too cynical, I'll just say Les plays the qb who best fits his offensive system...Thats why JJ played this year (or at least the most logical reason JJ played)
