I hate conference championship games too but with so many teams in a conference we have no choice.
I much prefer a round robin like the old Pac10 and current Big12 but it's impossible.
You have rematches in three of the conference championship games - ACC, B1G and Pac12. UGH!!!
In a lot of years it works out fine but I'd still prefer round robin
