Guy on ABC just said Okie State WAS playing to go to the NC but NOW just playing to win that game.

I was watching ABC too but they broke away to announce Herman Cain is suspending his campaign so I didn't see what you are talking about.
Did Craig James say that? He and Mike Patrick were calling that game.

ESPN is rooting for a rematch. It's all about the ratings. Fowler said the same thing on Gameday Morning. I wouldn't pay too much attention to what they say.

Didnt see it but if he worded it the way you did that sounds like he means they are playing to get in the NC but need to concentrate on winning the game first and foremost. If they play trying to blowout OU it could backfire and they lose.

CBS was just talking shite about LSU. They said Bama outplayed us the first time. I want Bama. I am ready for all this shite talkin to stop. I am ready to shut them all up. I honestly do not want to play OSU.

Everyone at ESPN sticking to the company line, saying a rematch is certain. But the pollsters, hopefully, will make their decision based on their own opinions and not what ESPN says.

There's just not enough clamor for OSU, sadly. It never developed.
The only chance Bama gets squeezed out is if LSU loses, today. And that isn't certain.

If Iowa St beats Kansas St, that will defintely help their cause. That game is on all of the Fox Sports regional channels. It's 7-7 at the start of the 2nd.
