I want to find one to buy. I need at least two bedrooms so that I can bring my grandkids. The biggest problem is that I want a camp not a home. Many of the real estate listings are above $130,000 and that is more than I want to invest. I would love to be able to find something between $100,000 and $75,000.

You might have to find some dirt and start from scratch. I will keep my eyes open but hard to find in that price range. There is a waterfront trailer on a larger than most leased lot I know of for 22.5 and the lease is 6-700 per year. There are some lots roughly 1 acre in a new subdivision they are putting in next to my place for roughly 70k. you can put a camper on it till you build. They did have some lots less than that that you could put mobile/doublewides on but i havent seen any of those come back up for sale
