First trip to death valley

First, I know this wasn't a Sat night game but for years all I have heard was how bad going to LSU is for opposing fans.
We had a great time. The LSU fans were great. We were nice to all the LSU fans and they returned the favor. We talked, drank beer, and had a great time with several groups. On the way out of the stadium, after being rolled up by LSU, I congratulated fans for such an amazing season and wished them well the rest of the way.
I have been to almost every venue in the SEC but Death Valley is by far the loudest place I have been.
I do hate this game didn't break the record but it was close.
Thank you for a wonderful experience. Congrats on an undefeated regular season. Good luck against Georgia and if you do have to rematch Bama roll them the f@&$ up! I am sick of them saying they should've won, could've won, etc! You guys clearly have the best team in the nation and it's not even close!!
So from here until next year GEAUX TIGERS!

Talked to a couple of Pig fans, some were friends of my dad's and they walked around campus all day. They had zero problems from tiger fans.

Glad that you enjoyed yourself. Your fans were very classy, at least the ones that I interacted with. Come back in two years and we will gladly have you back!

I thought ya'll came into the game with a good plan, and executed it well, early. The break that went your way (the scoop and score) was somewhat freakish, but caused by outstanding play and hustle on your part. Our team surprised even me with the 21 point run in under 6 minutes to retake the lead for good.
I'm glad you enjoyed the venue - I have many Arkansas friends who like the trip and the atmosphere. Obviously we don't like to hear stories about the bad element of our fanbase (and I truly think it's small, just as Arkansas' a$$hole fans are a minority as well) being inhospitable to visitors, win, lose or draw. However, I have never seen opposing fan abuse (except "Tigerbaiting", and a couple of rolls of tissue on a red SUV decked out in Alabama colors), and I do not believe it would be generally tolerated.
Great report and hope your return for future games.
