yes in 85 i believe. nikita sat out 86 and came back in 87 for his senior year. nikita has a great fall away jumper after pivoting. unbelievable. damn i loathe indiana. we had that game won and blew it. would have been back to back final 4's. nikita was awesome in 87 along with Daryl Joe.

Didn't Nakita miss the short turnaround against Indiana to make another final four? That one hurt.

cannot recall, but even if he did he is not to blame. our D blew it. we had a double digit lead.

Nikita and Anthony tore it up that year and in the NCAA tourney.

The class w Shaq, Stanley Roberts, Harold Boudreaux, and Maurice Williamson was unreal (prob leaving out a few). Only one from La.

CJ and Vernell Singleton were sophmores. Dale never figured out how to reign in all that talent for that stretch.

LSU VS UNLV in 89

One of the best games I ever witnessed in the PMAC. UNLV went up 25-9 to start the game. CJ brought us back. There was some serious talent on the court that day.
