Really you are opening a can of worms with those questions. There are a lot more factors I suppose which affect catching fish than what you listed. There are those that would say that you can catch fish in any of the given circumstances once you know how to adjust your strategy to accomodate the conditions.

For me I prefer a moving tide. It doesn't matter if it is coming in or going out as long as there is movement. But I've also caught with a flat tide so go figure.

agreed...only other thing i'd add is that fishing is usually messed up for the first day or two right after a front, fishing the day of a front has always produced best for me, they seem to go on a feeding frenzy

with a full moon fish can feed all night so i've always heard that the middle of the day is usually good, if u look at almanacs they will usually give the middle of the day as a good time for full moons
