LSU and the Triple Option

In light of Georgia Southern's putting up 300 yards on the ground against Bama's defense, I believe that LSU should employ the triple option (GASo's primary yardage-gainer) in the event of a rematch with the pachyderms.
Do you think it is plausible or likely that this could happen? If it were up to me, I would employ a triple option out of two formations:
The I - QB=JJ, FB=Ware, HB=Ford
Shotgun Splitbacks: QB=JJ, diveback=Ware, optionback=Ford

The problem is that running that offense effectively is all about knowing the subtle adjustments in the blocking. It's an offense that is put in over a long period of time. It's not something that you can run one week and be good at it. We should stick with what we do. Triple option will not work against Bama unless we have been running triple option all year at practice and that I doubt.

I think Georgia Southern showed some new holes in the BAMA defense - No Doubt
The Option Play in general will work against Alabama. BUT i dont think it is too far fetched to think Les will take a good look at that Georgia Southern tape if we do endup playing them again
p.s. Division 1-AA school put up 21 points on BAMA, the most they have given up ALL YEAR

I agree. I started the same thread about 15 minutes before you.
Also, the speed option or the triple option-Bama is vulnerable to both. I like your idea about Ware as FB.
