Seriously gave me chills watching that. Best band in the land, just like our football team.

Glad everyone enjoyed the video. It was an amazing atmosphere walking through all of the defeated Bama fans.

If anyone was with is two years ago you know how bad it was leaving the stadium. We had to fight our way out. Our uniforms were soaked with beer n bourbon, a few people had taken some punches, and a couple of us got to throw a few back.

Polar opposites this trip. Glad they didn't have to go trough that again. No one should treat the visiting band that way.

Would have been bad arse had they stopped and played the pregame song to get the fans even more jacked up about the win.

I remember my first year in TGBFTL we went to Bama and got the upset win in '93, the "When Pigs Fly Game"...that exit from the stadium to the busses was awesome.

I was there for that game too. My third year in TGBFTL.

Always march in,and out, without talking. And no one..., and we mean NO ONE breaks our ranks.

(A photographer tried once in the swamp, and we held his cameras. He retreated.)

Thanks Roy King for keeping the classy traditions begun by Frank W. and Linda M. alive.

Rock On Tiger Band!

Dan, while I understand and appreciate your enthusiasm for "Pre-Game" (thanks for calling it properly instead of morons who think it's the fight song) and agree that the nearby fans would have like it, some of us Band Alumni feel that the "special-ness" of Pre-Game can be ruined by playing it too much.

One of the things that made that song (a slowed down fanfare of the "Hold That Tiger" refrain from Tiger Rag) so special was the fact that it was only heard a few times during a game. On the field, and again at the start of the 4th quarter. Then we started playing it when coming down the hill so that fans could get a very up close and "in-your-face" feel for the band. I know it still gives me goose-bumps. So, I like the fact that they stick to tradition, hold back (albeit just a little) and don't overdo it too much.

Much respect and GEAUX TIGERS!
