Buy an all Beef frank or an all meat pork frank.

If they say "all meat" they can't use that crap you list. It is teh law and there are USDA inspectors in all meat plants.

I would tell you that meat plants may not be your thing, but they are run pretty well as far as food ingredients go.

When in doubt, read the label.
